- About The Author
- Dr Sajia Ferdous is a Lecturer in Organizational Behaviour at Queen's Business School, Queen's University Belfast, UK. She is a Human Resource Management expert and teaches at postgraduate research, postgraduate taught, and undergraduate levels. She is a Fellow of Advance HE (formerly the HEA). Previously, she held teaching positions at the University of Manchester and also worked in managerial roles within the financial industry.
