- About The Author
- Barbara Slade is an award-winning television writer with numerous credits on much loved children's shows such as "Angelina Ballerina", "Winnie the Pooh", "Eloise" and "Rotten Ralph". She has worked for The Disney Channel, created two original series "Dead Gorgeous" and "Hi Opie" and received a Humanitas for one of her episodes of "Rugrats". Barbara also has a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education and was formerly a primary school teacher. Through this experience, Barbara gained a solid understanding of the developmental and emotional needs of children, allowing her stories to 'ring true' to her audiences.
