- The primary objective of this book is to probe into the menace of air pollution in Delhi, which has emerged as the main threat to public health and the environment in the capital city. - About The Author
- Prakash Chand Kandpal is a Professor at the Centre for the Study of Law and Governance, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. He has five books to his credit: Environmental Governance in India: Issues and Challenges (Sage, 2018), solely authored, and four co-authored books with Prof. Bidyut Chakrabarty: Public Administration in a Globalizing World: (Sage, 2012), Indian Administration: evolution and practice (Sage, 2016), Public Policy: concept, theory, and practice (Sage, 2016) and Public Administration: from Government to Governance (Orient BlackSwan, 2017). His areas of interest are Public Administration, Public Policy, Local Governance, and Environmental Policy, Governance and Politics in India.
