- About The Author
- Ibrahim Ibrahim is a futurist, retail strategist and designer. He originally trained as an aeronautical engineer and then as an industrial designer. He has been a regular speaker at global design, retail and architectural conferences and events. He is the managing director of Portland Design in London, UK, part of the award-winning Chicago-based Perkins & Will global architecture and design network. He is involved in the UK Government High Street Task Force, the UK Infrastructure and Regeneration Council and the Centre for London Think Tank. He is a regular speaker at conferences and a frequent contributor to journals and trade press. He has written various pieces for The Economist 'Insights' and is author of Future Ready Retail also published by Kogan Page .
