They've had the applause, money, and everything people said they should be living for, only to discover that success as the world understands it is a hamster wheel--an exhausting chase that leads to emptiness. In Designed to Succeed, Kevin and Donovan challenge our deeply held notions about success. They reconceptualize what it means to be a high performer, showing us that it is sustainable only in partnership with God, who designed each of us with gifts and a purpose. In Designed to Succeed, you will discover:How to break free from false identities and performance traps so you can experience a fulfilled lifeHow to develop a practical framework for aligning your decisions and desires with your God-given purposeHow to balance ambition with authenticity to attain a deeper, truer, sustainable success You were designed to succeed, but attaining that lasting success is not achieved by listening to what other people tell you it is. It begins when you align with God, embracing the unique purpose he designed you for. Only then can you get off the hamster wheel. When you do, you will step into authentic, enduring success that will leave you fulfilled, empowered, and energized for all that is to come.

The group boasts more than ten million albums sold and over twenty million subscribers on YouTube, and it is well-known as an arena-touring act around the globe. His solo music fuses classical music and popular styles to a genre of its own. Kevin has performed at classical musical festivals such as the Amsterdam Cello Biennale, opened the TED Conference in Vancouver, and was chosen by Quincy Jones to represent him in concert at the 2012 Montreux Jazz Festival on the same program as Bobby McFerrin and Chick Corea. Kevin was raised in Owensboro, Kentucky, in a Christian home by his father, a Nigerian psychiatrist, and his mother, a Grenadian nurse. Along with his brother and sister, Olusola was taught to put his faith in God. An outspoken Christian, Kevin uses social media and technology to connect with and minister to Christian creatives all around the world. Kevin strives to faithfully follow God's plan and chooses to use his platform to guide aspiring artists who strive to include God in secular industries.
