- About The Author
- Professor Nigel Foster, former Professor of European Law at the Universities of Buckingham, Wales and the Europa-Institut, Universität des Saarlandes, Saarbrücken. Professor of EU Law (online EU modules) at South East European Law School Network (SEELS); and Supervisor for the LLM International Business and Commercial law Degrees at Robert Kennedy College, Zürich, Switzerland. He has 40 years' experience teaching and examining EU law, and has written a number of leading EU law textbooks.
