- About The Author
- Alexia Barrable is an early years educator with a passion for translating scientific research into practice, both in the classroom and at home. She has worked in schools in London and Athens, and has lectured at university level, for Dundee University. Her passion for the outdoors has always permeated her teaching practice. Since becoming a mum she has run a forest playgroup and written extensively on the importance of nature on a balanced childhood. Her first book, Growing Up Happy focused on increasing children's happiness through a set of daily habits.
