- Book Synopsis
- A brilliant first picture book to encourage kindness and empathy. Hank the Hippo LOVES to help, but all the other hippos think he's a fool. Especially Horace: 'Hippos aren't helpful! It's not what we do. We spend our time sloshing in pools!' But when a great flood comes, Hank is swept away as he tries to help the other animals. What will Horace do then? This heartwarming story, told in effortless verse, is bursting with warm and witty illustrations and irresistible hippos!
