- About The Author
- Steve H McLellan was born in southern Ontario, Canada, where he grew up like any other kid. He played all the local youth sports, but his talent never matched his enthusiasm. He gravitated to the library, where he realized his passion for reading. After attending the University of Waterloo, he entered the job market, where he spent ten years as an Insurance Underwriter before joining the City of Mississauga. Steve retired in June 2016 after a 30-year career as a Senior Transit Manager. Two weeks after retirement, he suffered a heart attack. While recovering, Steve promised himself, his wife and his two daughters that he would pursue his lifelong desire to write. Two months later, he committed to his promise by enrolling at York University, Toronto. In June 2024, he received his B.A., History, including extensive undergraduate studies in Writing. Steve lives with his wife and Standard Schnauzer in the beautiful Niagara Region where he is continually inspired to make unbelievable stories believable.
