He taught ᓀᐦᐃᔭᐁᐧᐃᐧᐣ nêhîyawewin at The Centre for Race and Culture in Edmonton for many years and at The University of Alberta. He was also a ceremony person and lodge keeper. He lives in amiskwaciy-wâskahikan (Edmonton).
