- Book Synopsis
- Michael's Story tells the story of his life through his eyes. He was left at birth by both parents, raised in a succession of foster homes, and he experienced abuses of the worst kind during his formative years. When he's reunited with his father and stepmother at five years old and finally free, he has no inclination of the emotions he should have learnt had he lived in a loving and nurturing home, and his parents never ask him about his life in the foster homes. Thus begins Michael's story; does he learn to live a life free of abuse, and does he prevail?
- About The Author
- The author has been a draft dodger, a traveller, a stone mason, a single parent, a teacher, a businessman, a life coach, and a storyteller. He has lived and travelled extensively throughout America and Europe. He found his way in life despite not having a handy how-to guide. His two constant guiding principles are his belief in a god and always doing the next right thing. He has been, more than anything else, a naturally happy and optimistic survivor.
