This empowering book thoughtfully weaves seasonal rhythms and LGBTQIA+ observances, offering themed chapters like 'I choose hope,' 'I create my own freedom,' and 'I belong.' Within each month, you'll find eight sections-including rituals, meditations, and journal prompts-that support your physical and mental well-being and connect your yoga practice to broader LGBTQIA+ experiences. Sharing heartfelt stories from the author's journey of coming out, navigating mental health, and teaching queer yoga, this guide offers a uniquely supportive path for both beginner and experienced yogis.
