- Book Synopsis
- After leaving school at 15 with a CDB (Could Do Better) after his name, Paul Palmer decided he in fact could do better and wrote down his many takes on life. This book is packed full of nostalgic observations on life, play on words and sometimes borders on the realms of fantasy. From flowers to famine and beyond. An eclectic mix from social history, incorporating all the genres throughout the years and with a twist of a comedic view on life in the 50's and 60's. More serious aspects of war, peace and politics with some love poems to lighten the mood. Paul turns words into poetic verse which will give the reader a stirring cocktail of emotions and food for thought, with a finish of calm.
