- Jurga Tumasonyte is a prose author and interviewer. Her debut short prose book, 'Dirbtine musele' (Little Artificial Fly), received the Kazimieras Barenas Literary Award. 'Undines' (Mermaids), her second collection of short stories, was nominated as one of the best books of the year and won the Jurga Ivanauskaite Literary Award as well as being listed in the Top 12 most creative books of 2019. She was awarded the Antanas Vaiciulaitis Literary Award for the short story Karalyste Kingdom and her debut novel, 'Remontas' (Renovation), was published in 2020. Her second novel, 'Naujagimiai' (Newborns), was published in 2023.
