- Book Synopsis
- A thrilling tale of Norse Gods and a terrifying hunt . . . Astrid - a Viking Princess - and Leif (a poet) are on the run, having been banished from Denmark. They are trying to escape to Sweden. But Grimnir, a coldblooded assassin, has been sent to kill them. And that is the least of their worries, for Leif has managed to offend Odin, the king of the Norse Gods, which means the dreaded Wild Hunt - Odin's hunt - is after them, and ready to take their lives in revenge . . . An epic tale of battle, bloodshed and the terror of being hunted.
- About The Author
- Having spent the seven years since school studying history in Oxford, Oskar finally escaped to London, where he and his girlfriend live the dream, or at least a dream, in a little Bloomsbury flat. When not writing novels about Norsemen (and women), playing 5-a-side football or various instruments, Oskar moonlights (fulltime) as a post-doctoral researcher in the Music Department of King's College London. It's all very confusing. Having squandered years of writing on student journalism, and, even worse, student poetry, most of his literary efforts are now either academic, or songs, or both. All of which will change when his first novel arrives with the daffodils in 2015. Find out more at oskarjensen.com
